Match play similar to the Ryder Cup format except with 6 teams to increase your chance of winning. Teams will face off against each other in the same tee time blocks.
- Block 1 – Early – First time 6:27 am to last time 8:42 am, 64 players – 2 teams of 32 each
- Block 2 – Middle – Next time 9:54 am to last time 11:06 am, 36 players – 2 teams of 18 each
- Block 3 – Late – Next time 12:18 pm to last time 2:42 pm, 68 players – 2 teams of 34 each
Day 1-Saturday: Two separate 9 holes matches. Best ball (Fourball) for the first nine holes (Postable 9 holes) and back nine will be a Pinehurst format
Day 2 -Sunday: 18 hole match play and best ball of partners (SCGA team play style) (6 points possible per match) (postable round)
You must commit to playing both Saturday and Sunday as this is a two day event. This is one of the highlight tournaments of the year as the subsidy has been increased.
