This tournament is a four man scramble. To cancel without a penalty you must cancel by 12/24/2020 by 6 PM.
We received an overwhelming number of entries for our Christmas Scramble (210 entries for 100 spots). We tried to acquire additional tee times, even offering to add tee times for Tuesday the 29th. Management at the course denied our request and at this point will only allocate the 100 we reserved a year ago. Management feels they must keep tees times available for the general public. There will be no priority system for this tournament. All members including Board members will all be entered into the random drawing. All the entries have been grouped into foursomes and at this time 25 will be selected for the tournament. All other members will be put on the waitlist in a single random order. We will fill cancellations from this list as they become available. If you are on the waitlist, and are selected, you we will try to keep your group together. However, it is more than likely will not be playing with the members you signed up with, or at the time slot you requested. Under the circumstances we feel this is the fairest selection method to use. Thank you for understanding.
