7.2 or less indexes play green tees (71.5/125/6,343); 18.1 or higher indexes play yellow tees (66.0/112/5,190); everyone else plays white tees (69.3/120/5,847)
Both team members tee off on every hole. For the second shot, each player hits their partner’s tee shot. After both second shots, the team selects the best ball. The third shot must be played by the partner who did not hit the selected second shot. The team then plays this single ball alternately to complete the hole, ensuring no player hits two consecutive shots after the tee shot.
Example: Players A & B tee off. For the second shot, B hits A’s tee ball and A hits B’s tee ball. Starting with the 3rd shot on each hole, teams play alternate shot. If the ball Player A hit for his 2nd shot is selected, then Player B hits the 3rd shot. Players A and B then hit alternate shots with the same ball until the ball is holed.
The team is penalized 2 strokes if a player hits out of turn with the third shot and subsequent shots. The order of play is not changed if a player incurs a penalty. Play must return to the proper order which means the person who hit out of order also plays the next shot
Record the team’s GROSS score for each hole.
The net score is determined by subtracting the team’s allowed handicap from the total gross score.
