Play the ball as it lies in native areas on both courses. This includes the native area right of #4 and #5 on Torrey North. If your ball lands in the gravel to the left of #9 on Torrey South, play it as ground under repair and drop without penalty in the rough no closer to the hole. You may continue to drop without penalty from: staked trees, unpaved roads/paths and flowerbeds. If you hit your ball in the penalty area short of the green on #12 at Torrey North, the drop area for the next shot is between the gold tee markers.
